中勢村村長 范國昌 5992806
中勢村在湖口鄉居中的位置，以中平路做為分界，據查該村在清代時，全都是平埔族人的居住處，後來平埔族才漸漸往南遷移，中勢村的環境保護協會，每月第一個禮拜會為社區打掃，一年兩次旅行，搓湯圓，剪草剪花修草全村總動員。
中勢村文化據點：力霸公園(中平路九鄰賴家莊土地公廟對面)、福德祀*10、湖中福德祀。
